Welcome to our website!  Associates for Global Change (AGChange) was established by four Partners in 1997 to provide consulting services for sustained economic growth and development in Africa. AGChange delivers high quality and competitively-priced policy, program and project analyses; technical assistance; capacity building and research support to international development agencies, private corporations, African governments, associations and non-profits. Partners and Associates are available for short-term consultancies and sometimes also work under longer-term retainer agreements, especially with private companies.

AGChange has worked in more than 30 African countries to promote sustainable private investment, develop entrepreneurship, alleviate poverty, build human resources, strengthen the education and health sectors, improve governance and address critical needs in immediate post-conflict environments. All Partners and many Associates work in both English and French and many also speak African languages. While AGChange has occasionally worked outside Africa, we remain committed to our focus on Africa since it is where we have the greatest comparative advantage in terms of our academic knowledge, cultural affinity, experience and professional contacts.
