AGChange provides clients with skilled personnel who share
an ethic of public and private sector service. Our goals are based
on the following principles:
- AGChange only works on activities that are environmentally
sound, developmentally sustainable, fully inclusive of women
and help alleviate poverty.
- AGChange offers a quality guarantee to each client. If performance
is ever unsatisfactory, AGChange will bear up to the entire cost
of revising or repeating the work, or will refund up to 100 percent
of costs.
- AGChange works bilingually in English and French.
- AGChange works primarily in Africa in order to make the
best use of its partners and associates common expertise, ensuring
in-depth knowledge of the economic, political and socio - cultural
context in which development efforts and private investment occur.
- AGChange maintains an on-going and active relationship with
its carefully selected associates.
- AGChange seeks to maintain a ratio of about 50-50 between its
African and non-African Associates to promote and assure full
African participation in AGCHANGE's development work at all
levels.
- AGChange maximizes cost effectiveness through innovative
strategies that keep current overhead rates well-below the industry
average.
- AGChange will not work for organizations whose activities risk
human life or needlesly damage the environment, such as tobacco
companies.
- AGChange does not discriminate based on race, color,
